The Open Centre is both a charity and a company limited by guarantee. A charity has Trustees and a company has Directors - hence Trustee Directors. Collectively the Trustee Directors are "the board".

Note about SACRE
SACRE stands for Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education.
Every local authority in England is required by law to have a SACRE which, amongst other things, defines the Religious Education syllabus for all local schools.
